On September 1-2,QingdaoFuYuan held the 2015 annual staff training in officemeeting room.The training content involves the enterprise culture, thefinancial system execution standard, the credit insurance business process, thecontract management legal knowledge, the administrative management system, thebusiness process, the new staff experience exchange and the summary. In theafternoon, the group invited a manager from the China Export and CreditInsurance Corp(Shandong branch) to do the special training on credit insurancebusiness process .Through training,all staffs have a further ideas about operatingprocedures and matters needing attention.
September2nd :Training of legal knowledge in contract management. Through thereference of social contract risk cases,Lawyer Fuvividly described theimportance of contract management and how to effectively avoid risks.
In theafternoon,Ms.Jin&Mr.Liuseparately introduces the company administrationmanagement system and business processes in details.Besides,Staffrepresentatives share their working experiences withnew staff.
